Prices are per week  and include:

- Beach service (umbrella and sun loungers at the nearest beach).

- Parking Pass (downtown and to the beach).

- Entry to swimming pool, solarium and hydro massage, bedding and towels, energy, air conditioning, internet WiFi access.

- Beddding and towels.

 Possibility of short stays with rates to be agreed.

Booking condition:

deposit to be agreed, remainder payable on arrival. Not necessary in some periods (low season).
Stay commences: at 16.00 on the day of arrival.
Stay finishes: at 09.30 on day of departure.

Arrivals and departures:

from Saturday to Saturday; from Sunday to Sunday; flexible in some periods.

Pets:

Only small animals are allowed and only at the discretion of Management (extra cost required).
*(All  apartments, with the exception of Bilo2, have sea views).

Local Government  holiday tax payable on arrival: € 2 per day per person (June, July, August and September), 14 years old and over for a maximum of 10 days. € 1 remaining periods (Vieste Town Council  n.41,31/08/2011).
